Delivery information

Craftsmenship & Lead Times

Our focus is on quality, not volume. We take pride in our slow-production model, ensuring every piece meets our high standards of hand-finished quality.

  • In-Stock Items: We keep a limited stock of select items ready for dispatch within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-Order: Most of our products are individually made-to-order in our Amsterdam workshop. If your item is not currently in stock, please allow 6 to 12 weeks for us to hand-finish your piece before it is shipped.

Global Delivery

We ship worldwide. We partner with DHL, PostNL and Deutsche Post to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination. You can view the exact shipping total at checkout before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your piece has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that international shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In "as new" condition (unworn and unused).
  • Complete with all original tags and packaging.
  • Returned within the 14-day window.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@untitledrubber.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund total.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our workshop, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow for standard banking processing times for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every piece is inspected before it leaves Amsterdam. However, if your order arrives damaged, we require photo evidence of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Please email your photos and order number to sales@untitledrubber.com so we can resolve the issue immediately.

Repairs

Our Repair Policy

Every piece that leaves our Amsterdam workshop is a labor of love. Because we value the crafstmenship of our garments and the stories they tell, we are always happy to discuss repairs to help keep your piece in beautiful condition.

Our Approach

We assess repair requests on a case-by-case basis, generally for pieces welcomed into your collection within the last six months. If a repair is required due to a production nuance, we will gladly host the repair at no cost. For wear-and-tear or accidental damage, a service fee may apply depending on the complexity of the work.

To help us understand how we can best assist, please email us at sales@untitledrubber.com with your order details and several clear photographs of the area in question. This allows our team to evaluate the best path forward.

Workshop Care

To ensure our team can work effectively on your piece, we kindly ask that all items be returned in a pristine state; thoroughly cleaned of all silicone lubricants and finished with a light dusting of talcum powder. Should a piece require additional cleaning upon arrival, a small handling fee may be added to your service.
